This website is operated by Suvisys ("Suvisys", "we", "us"), based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
This notice covers this website only. The Bloomora app has its own Privacy Policy, which explains how app data is handled.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, topic, organisation (optional) and message.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to keep the site secure and working.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or social-media trackers, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. Please don't send us personal health information through this website.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your message and handle your request.
- To send newsletters or product updates, only if you subscribed.
- To protect the website against misuse and keep it running.
- To meet legal obligations.
We process this information with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, or for legitimate uses permitted under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our email (such as our hosting and email providers), who may use it only to provide their services to us, and with authorities when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need them longer for a contract or legal reason.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw your consent, nominate someone to act for you in case of death or incapacity, and raise a grievance with us. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to messages is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
